Jesse Maddox

Jesse Maddox is a faith-driven technologist, audio engineer, and systems designer with over two decades of experience leading both live production teams and complex technology integration projects. He is the co-founder and visionary behind FARMFund, a decentralized crypto platform designed to financially empower missionaries around the world through blockchain innovation.

Professionally, Jesse serves as an AV Design Engineer for the U.S. Department of Defense. His previous roles include Senior AV Engineer for the Colorado State Judicial Department and Senior Technology Designer for AE Design. In these roles, he specialized in designing secure audiovisual systems, deploying advanced communications infrastructure, and supporting mission-critical operations.

Beyond the tech world, Jesse is a respected master woodworker and founder of Taikos.com, where he hand-crafted custom taiko drums for high-profile clients such as Metallica, Imagine Dragons, and numerous Broadway productions. His drums have appeared in concerts and theaters worldwide, known for both visual impact and acoustic precision.

Jesse currently serves as President of the Board for the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts in Colorado. There, he oversees infrastructure upgrades, audio system improvements, and live event production. He also teaches audio engineering workshops, sharing his extensive knowledge with aspiring professionals and volunteers in his community.

Jesse previously served on the El Paso County Innovation and Technology Committee, helping to shape forward-looking strategies for public-sector tech initiatives. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to innovation, service, and faith-based community development.

Dr. Michael Maddox

Dr. Michael Maddox has been married to Debi, a lifelong oil painter, since 1970. Throughout their lives, they have been wholly immersed in the arts and entertainment realm. Michael and Debi co-authored Lightning Bolts and Butterflies, a compilation of their captivating prose and poetry. Michael also authored an autobiographical testimony book entitled Peace Freak.

Maddox is best described as an arts promoter, event organizer, author, and public speaker, with extensive experience in media relations. He has been interviewed on scores of television and radio programs, including national network shows. Michael also produced and hosted a popular FM radio show on Salem Broadcasting featuring interviews with celebrated artists such as John Tesh, Olivia Newton-John, Don Brewer (Grand Funk Railroad), Carl Palmer (Emerson, Lake & Palmer), Dan Peek (America), and Dallas Jenkins (The Chosen). Maddox was presented with a Telly Award as Executive Producer of a 30-minute television special broadcast in major U.S. markets.

Michael served as an International Events Coordinator for over 17 years, organizing and promoting nondenominational evangelistic and missionary campaigns, and music & arts events at major venues throughout the United States and abroad. These venues included Madison Square Garden, the grounds of the Washington Monument, and stadiums in Nigeria, Haiti, Trinidad, St. Kitts, and Grenada.

In 2010, Michael was named Executive Director of the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts in Colorado. He booked and promoted concert events with renowned performing artists including Billy Bob Thornton & the Boxmasters, John Schneider, Judy Collins, Richie Furay, Pam Tillis, Branford Marsalis, Suzy Bogguss, Paul Overstreet, Stick Men with Tony Levin, Michael Martin Murphey, Colin Hay, Petra, Phil Keaggy, and A Winged Victory for the Sullen with Dustin O’Halloran. He also promoted shows at other Colorado venues featuring the Charlie Daniels Band, Arlo Guthrie, John Tesh, and Steven Curtis Chapman.

Michael also served for several years as the Mayor Pro Tem of the Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado. In 2012, he was appointed by both the Colorado Springs City Council and the El Paso County Board of Trustees to serve as the Director of Small Municipalities on the Fountain Creek Watershed, Flood Control and Greenway District Board.

Dr. debi Story Maddox

debi Story Maddox is an artist, designer, and author known for her deep connection to Christianity, spirituality, and her captivating bohemian style. With a diverse range of talents, she has left an indelible mark on the artistic and literary world.

Partnering with Michael, her husband since 1970, debi’s artistic journey is deeply intertwined with her spiritual beliefs. Drawing inspiration from her Christian faith, she infuses her artwork and writings with profound symbolism and a heartfelt exploration of the divine. Her creative process is a form of prayer and worship, allowing her to express her innermost thoughts and emotions in a visually stunning and spiritually enlightening manner.

debi and Michael co-authored Lightning Bolts & Butterflies, a compilation of their poetry and prose. debi has also penned and published two other notable works: Wordivore World and Visual Prayers. In Wordivore World, she weaves together poetic prose and thought-provoking, colorful illustrations, taking readers on a profound spiritual journey.
